Lack of sleep increases our
weight
A new study has found that
people who do not sleep well eat more. People who had problems sleeping ate an
average of 300 calories per day more than those who got enough sleep.
Everyone knows how important
sleep is to our health, but not all of us get a good night’s sleep. If you’re
lucky, you sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. The unlucky ones have to
count sheep for hours, and then perhaps raid the fridge for a midnight snack.
Our body and mind need a lot of rest. Doctors say we must get around eight
hours sleep a night.

rằng những người không ngủ ngon giấc ăn nhiều hơn. Những người gặp vấn đề về

mỗingày.
Ai cũng biết rằng giấc ngủ
quan trọng như thế nào đến sức khoẻ của chúng ta, nhưng không phải ai trong
chúng ta cũng ngủ ngon giấc. Nếubạn may mắn, bạn có thể ngủ ngay khi đầu vừa
chạm gối. Những người không may mắn sẽ phải đếm cừu hàng giờ liền, và sau đó
thì có lẽ lục tủ lạnh để ăn lót dạ lúc nửa đêm. Cơ thể và đầu óc của chúng ta
cần phải nghỉ ngơi thật nhiều. Các bác sĩ nói rằng chúng ta phải ngủ khoảng 8
giờ mỗi đêm.
